Terms and Conditions – 888sx Online Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the 888sx platform, including those who browse the site without registering. Access to the full platform — including sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games, live casino and the 888sx mobile app — is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By clicking "Register", creating an account, or continuing to use 888sx after a notice of updated terms has been displayed, you are explicitly agreeing to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility

888sx reserves the right to request identity documentation, proof of age or source of funds at any point. Accounts found to be held by underage users will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 888sx. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings, bonuses or withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts may be reversed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials — your username and password. Do not share these with anyone. 888sx will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password. 888sx is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 888sx are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer to Pakistani bank accounts, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Funds deposited must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page and may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer and other methods may take longer. 888sx is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform. Withdrawal to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may require additional verification.
• 888sx reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. This may delay the transaction but is conducted for the protection of all players.
• Deposits made with an active bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• 888sx does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.

5. Betting Rules

888sx offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• 888sx reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system error, incorrect odds publication, or where the integrity of a market is in question.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in our betting rules section.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay. 888sx is not responsible for connectivity issues on your end that affect bet placement during live markets.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. 888sx may also impose individual player limits at its discretion.
• Cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, Pakistan domestic matches and other international fixtures — follow ICC playing conditions and 888sx-specific settlement rules for each market type (e.g., top batsman, total runs, match winner).
• 888sx settlement decisions on disputed bets are final. Where an obvious error has been made by 888sx, we will correct it as soon as reasonably possible.

For casino games, slots and fish games, the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results cannot be influenced by the player or by 888sx staff. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

888sx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and cricket-specific promotions tied to PSL and international fixtures. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon qualifying deposit, as specified in each offer. If a bonus is not credited as expected, contact support within 72 hours.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 888sx reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel an ongoing promotion at any time. Players who have already received a bonus will have their existing terms honoured where reasonably possible.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets contribute 100%, slots contribute at a specified rate, and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for details.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use. Hedging bets or using low-risk strategies solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. VIP Programme

The 888sx VIP programme rewards consistent, long-term players with enhanced benefits including higher cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive bonuses and dedicated support at senior tiers. The following conditions apply:

• VIP status is earned automatically based on your wagering activity over time. You do not need to apply — the system tracks your progress and upgrades your tier when thresholds are met.
• VIP tiers are subject to maintenance requirements. If your activity falls below the threshold for your current tier over a defined period, your tier may be reduced.
• Benefits associated with each VIP tier are outlined on the VIP page and are subject to change. 888sx will provide notice of any material reduction in VIP benefits to affected players.
• VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the platform.
• 888sx reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme if their account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888sx and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith after receiving winnings or bonuses.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent an account suspension.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or attempting to influence the outcome of any match or game on the platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI tools or any automated system to place bets, play casino games or exploit platform mechanics.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games or any other multi-player format available on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 888sx to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable financial crime prevention obligations.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support agents or any 888sx representative. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on this.
• Exploiting technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a platform bug, error in odds or system malfunction. Any winnings derived from a technical error may be voided.

9. Privacy and Data

11. Limitation of Liability

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If your account is closed due to a breach, balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
